Harriet was recognized and honored as an Outstanding Educator by the Shanghai Education Commission in 2020. She formerly served as a Mandarin teacher at Yew Chung International School of Shanghai, the principal of Shanghai United International School Gubei Campus—an IBDP school—and the Founding Executive Principal of Shanghai Pudong Hongwen Bilingual School, which integrates the Cambridge curriculum with the Chinese local curriculum. With nearly 30 years of experience in international education and related management, she holds both an IBDP training certificate and a Mandarin teaching certificate. Harriet has visited more than 20 overseas schools in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Singapore.
