LC Virtual FAQs

The LC Virtual program includes three one-hour live instruction sessions each week, led by an experienced teacher. In addition to these live sessions, students complete self-study activities on the LC learning platforms. The program follows a structured, scheduled plan that requires students to attend live sessions regularly.

While regular attendance is expected to maximize your learning experience, we understand that emergencies happen. Recorded sessions will be available for you to review, but it’s important to communicate with your instructor about any absences in advance.

Live sessions are conducted via teams platform, where you can interact with your instructor and classmates in real-time. You’ll participate in discussions, ask questions, and receive immediate feedback during these sessions.

In addition to the live sessions, you’ll have access to self-study materials on our LC learning platforms. Teachers are also available for additional support via email or during scheduled office hours.

Yes, you can enroll from any time zone. However, you will need to attend the live sessions at the scheduled times.

For students enrolled in English courses who are English as a Second Language (ESL) learners, an English placement exam will be conducted to determine the appropriate level of study. If you choose courses other than English, we will review your most recent report card to assess your readiness and place you in the appropriate course level.

The structured nature of the program, with scheduled live sessions and regular assessments, helps ensure that students stay on track with their studies. The interaction with instructors and peers also fosters a sense of responsibility and engagement.
