Welcome to Camp Laureate!
Our unique focus on S.T.E.A.M. programming ensures that we have something to interest all campers!
Each week of camp offers a variety of Science, Technology, Sports, and Arts sessions. Our low camper to counsellor ratio ensures that all campers will get to participate in fun and engaging programming developed by our highly qualified Specialist staff. Campers will get to enjoy summer days filled with a mix of speciality programming and traditional day camp activities. Our kitchen staff is ready to provide tasty and nutritious lunches for campers and staff. Register now for a summer full of learning opportunities, friendships, and fun!
What Should My Camper Bring to Camp?
Please ensure that your camper is dressed to be active outdoors in weather appropriate clothing, including close-toed running shoes. Please label items sent to camp in case they get lost!
Each day campers should be equipped with:
- A backpack
- A refillable water bottle
- Snacks to keep them nourished throughout the day
- A hat/ sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- A towel
- A spare set of clothes, in case they get wet or messy
What should my camper leave at home?
- Electronic devices (including but not limited to: cell phones, headphones, tablets etc., )
- Money
- Personal toys/ games
- Valuables
- Personal items: makeup/ hair straightener/ perfume etc.
- Anything in glass containers
- Any item that a camper would be upset if it was lost or broke.

Aftercare will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Aftercare hours are 4:00-5:30pm.
The fee for aftercare is $15 per day, which includes a light snack.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all campers. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Cancellation by Camper:
- More than 30 days before the start of camp session:
A full refund, will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the start of the camp session. - Between 11-29 days before the start of the camp session:
Cancellations made 11-29 days before the camp session start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Within 10 days of the start of camp session:
Cancellations made within 10 days of the camp session start date are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Camp Laureate:
- In the unlikely event that Camp Laureate must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low enrollment, or other emergencies), families will receive a full refund for the effected camp session.
Transfer Policy:
- Transferring to a different program OR session:
If space is available, you may transfer your child to a different camp program or session up to 14 days before the original session’s start date without any additional fee. Within 14 days, transfers are subject to availability and may incur a $25 transfer fee. Fees may also occur if you are transferring into a program with a higher registration fee. A differential refund will be granted if you are transferring to a program or session date with a lower registration fee. Transfers within 7 days of the session start date are not possible.
Medical Emergencies:
- If your child is unable to attend due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. A full or partial refund may be granted, based on the situation and with appropriate documentation from a healthcare provider.
No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for campers who fail to attend without prior notification or who leave camp early for personal reasons.
