To support international student’s parent, we try our best to find bilingual supervisor to communicate with parents, such as Chinese-English, Japanese-English, Korean-English, Spanish-English, Polish-English, etc.
Parent Communication Platform
PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal is our essential platform to connect parents/teachers/students to our LC community. We also set up group chats using different apps for different countries, such as WeChat, WhatsApp, and Line as well as emails to communicate with parents efficiently.
Attendance Notification
On PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal, parents can easily get all the attendance records. If your child is sick/late/absent for the class, you will get the notification immediately. Our teacher or admin staff will also contact you or your child’s guardian directly if it’s necessary.
Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting After Midterm
Our school is quarter term based. After each midterm, we will organize the Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting to review the contents of the course students have learned and give feedback and suggestions to the students to help them make improvements. Teachers are also willing to get some feedback and suggestions from students and parents.
