Formerly served as a mandarin teacher in Yew Chung International School of Shanghai, the principal of Shanghai United International School Gubei Campus that is an IBDP school and Founding Executive Principal of Shanghai Pudong Hongwen Bilingual School that is a Cambridge Curricular with Chinese local curricular. With nearly 30 years of experience in international education and related management. She got IBDP training certificate and teaching mandarin certificate. She visited more than 20 overseas schools in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, Singapore.
